Someone I think who helps people work out where they ‘flow’ best is ‘Nick Heap’. He describes finding someones ‘Core Process’. Read more on his web site.

As you say, Rob, Nick is a lovely man.
In the same vein, if you’re unsure of your purpose in life, then I’ve found the seven questions in “What’s your purpose” by Richard Jacobs provide a useful framework.
